Renting prices: Between 01.10. - 30.04. for up to 5 people = 60€ / night (exceptions/Holiday e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.) In early summer between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. for up to 5 people = 90€ / night. Summer rentals 01.07. - 31.08. for up to 5 people 110 €/night. Final cleaning fee = 110€ and electricity after consumption (0,30€/kwh). Pets on request. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels / person = 15€. A deposit of 200 € must be paid as well. An extended winter rental (01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months = 550€ / month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit.
