A 5 minute walk away there is a sports complex with free access for anyone who wants to use its facilities (athletics track, base football, basketball, rugby...) and to complete the sporting offer there are also two tennis schools just 6 minutes walk away. You can bring a limit of 2 small dogs or one large dog. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged. + Electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). + Optional/On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels = 20 €/person.+ Internet is included free. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 650 €/month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
