A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 900 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
