Our detached house is located in the beautiful community of La Giralda II in Denia, where you can enjoy the perfect family holiday with peace and quiet and close to the beach. The property is divided into two floors, on the lower main floor there is a bright dining-living room with hot/cold air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace, ideal for having a nice breakfast. On the same floor is a fitted and fully equipped kitchen with toaster, fridge freezer, Krups Expreso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and oven, and of course full cutlery and plate set. There is also a small laundry room hidden just off the kitchen with a washing machine. There is also a small shower room downstairs. The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase with about 15 steps and there are the 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air-conditioning systems as good as new. Upstairs you will also find the second newly renovated shower room. To top it off, you have a great communal pool with well maintained lawns and palm trees. A parking space is also at your disposal, right next to the front door.
Very nice quiet location in Denia, only 900 m from the sandy beach and about 2 km to the centre of the town. Also our small village Els Poblets is only 10 km away and there you will find the stone beach, German supermarkets, German bakers and German kiosk. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily accessible by motorway in one hour.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning all-inclusive for the house 140 €, if necessary additional cleaning fee with dog 50 €. On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period it can be rented at a winter rental price of 650 €/month plus service charges according to actual consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
