The house is meticulously equipped with modern comforts including 3 splits of A/C, double glazed windows for optimal insulation, guaranteeing a comfortable environment during the summer but also during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric boiler, hoover, broom and mop. If you wish to spend a nice summer barbecue afternoon, you can make use of the Weber charcoal BBQ available on the porch of the house. The dining room has a Smart TV. The beds in the bedrooms are: double bed 160x190 cm and two separate single beds 90x190 cm. The outdoor area consists of a large Mediterranean garden and a kidney-shaped swimming pool for adults and a pool specially made for children, which is shared with the houses that make up the neighbourhood, even though it is a very quiet and respectful area. We have also taken into account your vehicle. There is a convenient parking area next to the property.

The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 10kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 120€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: Extra bed linen and towels at 20€/person; 1 pool towel at 10€/person; 1 dog at 50€ (more on request); cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 650 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
