Just a 15-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area. And if you are a golf enthusiast, you will find golf courses nearby in Oliva and La Sella.

Further information
The rental price varies depending on the season. From 01.10. - 30.04, the cost is 100 € per night, except during holidays such as Easter or Christmas. From 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09, the price is 130 € per night. During 01.07. - 31.08, the price is 160 € per night. Minimum 5 nights. For up to 6 persons. Security deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 1.000 €/month plus utility costs according to actual consumption + 1 month rental deposit. Electricity is not included, and the charge will be calculated based on actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. Additionally, there are additional costs for the final cleaning, which is 190 €, and if you‘re traveling with your pet, there‘s an extra fee of 50 €/dog. We also offer bed linen and towels for 20 € per person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person.
