Location
The villa is located on the eastern slope of the natural park of El Montgó. It is located in the Dènia town, close to the village but far enough away to enjoy of a few quiet days. The beach is only 10 minutes from the villa.

The beds are 150x190 cm (main bedroom), x2 beds of 80x190 cm joined as a double bed and in the last bedroom there is a bed of 90x190 cm with the possibility of unfolding a second bed of the same dimensions, which is located underneath it.

Rental price for up to 5 persons: from 01.10 to 30.04: 120 € per night; rental price from 01.05 to 30.06 + from 01.09 to 30.09: 140 € per night; rental price from 01.07-30.08: 170 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 800 €/month + 1 month rental deposit. No pets allowed. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you have chosen the monthly rental option, you will have to pay for the utilities of the house (water 1.25 €/m³; gas, diesel... according to the market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 200 €. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
