Two bedrooms, both with air conditioning hot/cold, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. But that‘s not all, the beautiful, Mediterranean garden completes the whole offer. You have a typical Spanish patio (protected from the wind) with a wood/charcoal brick barbecue, so that nothing gets in the way of long barbecue evenings. In addition, there is a beautiful private pool of approx. 8x4m, 5 sun loungers, a hot/cold outdoor shower and plenty of privacy. There is also a tumble dryer in the basement. There is also enough space for your cars at the entrance of the house, where you can park up to 2 cars.

Location
Very nice quiet location on the Montgó mountain in Denia. You have nature all around and can just enjoy the peace and quiet, yet you are only a few minutes by car to the centre of Denia. The beaches of Denia are also about 4 km away and easy to reach. But a car is necessary. Supermarkets like Lidl or Consum are about 3 km away. Both airports (Alicante or Valencia), are only about 100 km away.

Rental prices from 01.05.-30.06. and 01.09.-30.09.= 130 €/night max. 4 pers. From 01.07.-31.08. = 170 €/night max. 4 pers. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning for the villa is 160 €, (dogs are not welcome in this villa). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (in the period 01.10.-30.04.) is not possible in this house.
