Our modern Villa Mariposa is located in the beautiful community "La Medina" in Dènia, about 2 km from the sea and the downtown. Here you can enjoy a perfect family holiday with mountain views of the nature reserve "El Montgó". The property has been renovated in 2019 and is divided on two floors. On the main floor, there is a bright and cosy living room with a (sofa) bed, as well as a dining area and direct access to the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace. This terrace is perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or for planning a barbecue evening, as it also has an electric grill. On the same main floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and much more. The upper floor is accessed by 5 small steps and there you will find the 2 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning hot/cold. It also has a desk and monitor, making it ideal for use as an office space in the living room. Plug in your laptop and you‘re ready to go. WIFI is available throughout the house. As if that wasn‘t enough, there is a wonderful and exclusive communal swimming pool with manicured lawns and beautiful palm trees. There is also a parking space with carport for your car, right next to the front door of the house.

Location
Very nice and quiet location in Denia, only about 2 km from the sandy beach and the town centre. In Denia you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping streets, simply everything your holiday heart desires... The large shopping centre "Portal de La Marina" is only 20 minutes away by car, and the well-known golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are also only a few minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in one hour each.

Renting prices up to 4 people: Between 01.10. - 30.04. = 80 € / night, between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 110 € / night and between 01.07. - 30.08. = 150 € / night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 850 €/month plus utility costs according to actual consumption + 1 month rental deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Additional cost of final cleaning 170 €. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. Pets are not allowed. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
