Through the living room via an internal staircase you reach the ground floor. There is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor you will also find a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and also the laundry room with washing machine, there is even a second fridge for cold drinks in summer. The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has a good gas central heating (gas bottles), so nothing stands in the way of a "cold" winter. The best thing about this house is the beautiful garden, with private pool, four sun loungers, a lounge area ideal for siesta, an outdoor shower and even an outdoor kitchen with gas connection. Location
Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 2 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the city centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 150 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 190 € per night. Rental price from 01.07.-31.08. = 240 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning for the house 200 €, additional cleaning fee with dog 50 € (on request). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 1.000 €/month plus additional costs according to actual consumption (electricity, gas bottles & water) + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
