This new villa is situated in the famous area of "Les Galeretes" in Dènia only 3 km from the beach (La Marineta-Las Rotas). The villa has a newly renovated outdoor area with a large salt water pool, outdoor shower (cold), a cosy sitting corner, 4 sun loungers, a gas barbecue and much more. The house is divided on two floors, on the upper main floor there is a beautiful bright dining room with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven with microwave function, ceramic hob and much more. From the dining room you enter directly into the large living room with fantastic sea views. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. From there you have direct access to the back terrace, ideal for breakfast in the morning. There are also two double bedrooms (one with hot/cold air conditioning) and a large shower room on the main upper floor. An external staircase leads down to the lower floor where there is a small fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room giving extra privacy for your potential guests. Next to the separate flat is the garage, which is not available for your car. The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has gas central heating (with gas cylinders), so nothing stands in the way of a cold winter. Of course, there is also space for your car, as there is a large carport on the private property.
Very nice and quiet residential area of "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only 1,9 km from the beach "La Marineta/Las Rotas", and 3.5 km away from the city center. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" leaves daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. The two airports of Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away.

Important notice: Unfortunately we have to inform you about the following change: A building site for the construction of a detached house has started next to this rental property. The property is scheduled for completion by spring 2026. The construction site is located directly next to our rental property on a previously undeveloped plot of land. Visual and acoustic disturbances must therefore be expected. Unfortunately, none of the construction team can tell us exactly on which days we can expect intensive construction noise and on which days only noise-free interior work is to be expected, so it is difficult for us to make a statement for your holiday. Work is usually carried out on Spanish building sites from 8-16 hours. Should there be any disruption to your holiday, you will be refunded up to 20% of the rental price. We are keeping our fingers crossed that there will be no construction noise during your holiday.

CALENDAR TEMPORARILY BLOCKED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION WORK Rental price for 1 person: 01.10. - 30.04 = 137,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 187,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 227,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 220€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€ (more on request), cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 900 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a security deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
