Not to be left out are the fantastic views from up there. If you go downstairs from the main floor you will find a separate apartment with a bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold, a bathroom with a second washing machine, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (in case of possible visitors or small children) and a fully equipped kitchen. For the cold winter, the house has gas underfloor central heating and of course, as already mentioned, a wood-burning fireplace. Don‘t worry, your cars have enough space, the house has a double garage on the first floor, or also a carport right next to the main entrance so you could fit a minimum of 2 cars in total privately inside the property.

Our Villa Niobe is situated in the popular location of Marquesa V (Denia), this sunny and quiet location is about 3.5 km from the town centre, and about 4 km from the beach. The town centre of Denia offers many shops, restaurants, bars and if you wish you can take the fast ferry from Denia to Formentera in 2 hours or Ibiza in 3 hours. Also both airports, Alicante and Valencia, are only about 100 km away. Do you play golf? The golf courses of La Sella or Oliva Nova are also within easy reach.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = €157.50 per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = €217.50 per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = €267.50 per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, €2.50/night will be added to the base price for each additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and electricity consumption of 17 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at €0.30/kwh. A cleaning fee of €270 and a deposit of €200 are payable, the latter to be reimbursed up to 14 days after check-out, provided that no damage is found in the accommodation. Internet is available free of charge. Optional services are available for an extra charge, such as: bed linen and towels at €20/person; 1 pool towel at €10/person; 1 dog for €50, cot or high chair for €20. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible for a price of €1,250/month for a rental period of 2 months or more. The rental price does not include water (€1.25/m3), electricity (€0.30/kWh), and gas/diesel (market price), and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
