In summer the area stays cooler than the houses closer to the centre as it receives the sea breeze coming directly from the Mediterranean Sea. In winter the villa receives more hours of sunshine than the houses located just below the mountain. Only 6 Km from the beach of Dènia and 6,4 Km from the golf course of La Sella. The nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, 100 km away.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 140 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09. = 190 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 250 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 500 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 1.000 €/month + 1 month rental deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you have chosen the monthly rental mode then you will have to pay the price of the utilities (water 1,25 €/m³; gas, diesel... according to the market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 250 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included.
