Rental price per person per night: January €350, February €280, March and April: €350, May €400, June €500, July and August €600, September €500, October €400, November: €280, December: €350. From the second person onwards, up to a maximum of 6 people, the basic rate increases by €2.50 per night per additional person. The price includes bed linen and towels (large and small) and electricity consumption of 17 kWh per night; any additional consumption is charged at €0.30 per kWh. Water consumption of 40 cubic litres per stay is included; any additional consumption is charged at €1.25 per cubic litre. A cleaning fee of €300 and a security deposit of €500 are payable, which will be refunded up to 14 days after departure, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Internet access is free of charge. Pets of any kind are not permitted in this property; however, it is suitable for people with allergies. You have the option to hire additional services, such as: EXTRA bed linen and towels for €20 per person; 1 pool towel for €10 per person; a cot or high chair for €20.
