This Villa is located in the town of El Verger in the region of La Marina Alta in a residential area with the option of different activities. Within the neighbourhood you have the possibility to access restaurants, gym, supermarkets, parks and the beach just walking distance. The distance from El Verger is perfect as it is in the middle of different tourist destinations such as Dènia, Xàbia, Oliva and not forgetting Valencia and Alicante which are 100 kM away respectively. If you like golf you can visit the golf courses of Oliva Nova only 9kM away.
The house is equipped with central air conditioning and a heat pump, making it easy to heat even in winter. With room for 6 people, this villa is divided into 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 3 bathrooms. One double bed measures 2 x 80x200cm, the other 2 x 90x200cm and the third measures 2 x 90x210cm. On the covered terrace you can enjoy your breakfast at the outdoor table overlooking the garden. There are 6 sun loungers available to enjoy the sunny days to the full. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board and much more. The bathrooms are equipped with an emergency set and hairdryer.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 172,50 €/night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 212,50 €/night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 252,50 €/night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, 2,50 €/night will be added to the base price for each additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and 17 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0.30€/kWh. A cleaning fee of 200€ and a deposit of 500€ will be required, which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided that no damage is done to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in this house. You have the option of purchasing optional services such as: bed linen and towels at 20€/person; 1 pool towel at 10€/person; cot or high chair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible for a price of 1.300€/month for a rental period of 2 months or more. The rental price does not include water (1.25€/m3), electricity (0.30€/kWh) and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
