The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Renting prices for max. 6 people: Between 01.10. - 30.04. = 125 €/night, between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 160 €/night and between 01.07. - 30.08. = 190 €/night + Final cleaning fee = 190 €. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged. + Electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). + Optional/On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels = 20 €/person.+ Internet free. A deposit of 200 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 900 €/month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
