Description
This newly furnished villa is located in a nice coastal residential area of Els Poblets. The villa has just been completely refurbished, the infrastructure of the house has been improved and a new private pool of 8x4 m has been built. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a nice and bright living room with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning (cooling function only) and electric radiators. Right next to it is the closed kitchen equipped with dishwasher, big fridge, oven, ceramic hob and much more... the kitchen offers you direct access to the garage, so the way with the shopping is not so far away, but there you will not only find space for your car, there is also a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Further downstairs there is a bedroom with air conditioning (only cooling function), a double bed of 1,50 m x 1,90 m and a built-in wardrobe. Directly adjoining is the bathroom. Via an internal staircase (approx. 18 steps) we reach the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms, both with air conditioning (cooling function only) and a double bed of 1,50 x 1,90 m and the second one of 1,60 m x 2,00 m, one of the two bedrooms has direct access to the upper outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and sitting area. Upstairs there is also a large bathroom. All bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) have electric radiators for the cold winter. Outside you will find the new private pool, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, a gas barbecue and a Mediterranean garden. You will be able to enjoy long sunny days in winter. The house has its own solar panels, so it is additionally supplied with its own electricity (from March to October), so the electricity consumption is much lower.

Rental price for 1 person: 01.10. - 30.04 = 132,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 167,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 207,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. A cleaning fee of 190€ and a security deposit of 200€ is payable and will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 850 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
