Our little villa is situated in the community Mimosa II and offers you a perfect and relaxing holiday in a very modern accommodation. The small but exclusive community Mimosa II consists of about 12 independent villas that share a communal pool. In the outside area of the house you can enjoy a beautiful furnished garden with 4 sun loungers, a garden table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue. Nothing can stand in the way of the perfect summer. Inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the lower main floor you will find a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, etc. Furthermore there is also a cosy living room with air conditioning hot/cold and a dining area, also a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning hot/cold plus a complete bathroom. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and there you will find the other two bedrooms, the master bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and double bed, and the second bedroom without air conditioning and double bed. Despite the three bedrooms, we recommend renting the house only to a maximum of 4 people, or possibly 4 adults and a small child. The second full bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The washing machine is located on a covered outdoor terrace. The house also offers a parking space for your car on the private property.

Barranquets, Els Poblets, only 800 m from the stone beach Almadrava and about 1,5 km to the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small capital city of Denia is also only 8km away, but you don‘t have to go far, the village of Els Poblets is only 600m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in an hour each.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 105,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 145,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 185,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, 2,50 €/night per additional occupant will be added to the base price. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 10 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 160€ and a deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 750€/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water 1,25€/m3, electricity 0,30€/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
