The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor (access by an external stairs) and the other two on the ground floor. It has 2 bathrooms with shower. To enjoy the hot summer nights, the house is equipped with 4 air conditioning units (in the three bedrooms and in the living room). For the cold winter we have additional electric radiators throughout the house. The air conditioners can also be set to emit warm air. If you want to give the living room a cosier atmosphere you can light a fire in the fireplace for those cooler winter evenings. Outside you will find a cosy terrace and a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor. Of course, we didn‘t forget your car. We keep a space where you can park your car in a shady carport under the purple flowers of the bougainvillea, to which the house owes its name. Buganvilla House.

The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Gironets area, in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 115 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 150 € per night.. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 190 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 900 €/month + 1 month rent deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you rent monthly in winter, you will also have to pay for the rest of the utilities (water at 1.25 €/m³; gas, diesel and others at market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 190 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
