It is only a few minutes‘ walk to the centre or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. The village itself has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 850 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
