The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Renting prices for max. 6 people: Between 01.10. - 30.04. = 125 € / night, between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 160 € / night and between 01.07. - 30.08. = 190 € / night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 850 €/month + 1 month rental deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you have chosen the winter rental mode then you will have to pay the price of the utilities of the house (water 1,25 €/³; gas, diesel... at market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 190 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
