Renting prices for max. 6 people: Between 01.10. - 30.04. = 170 €/night, between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 220 €/night and between 01.07. - 31.08. = 270 €/night. + Final cleaning fee = 240 €. + Electricity after consumption (0,30 €/kWh). + Optional/On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels = 20 €/person. A deposit of 500 € must be paid on the day of arrival by cash/card. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 1.300 €/month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit. DOGS are not accepted in this villa. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
