Rental price for 1 person: 01.10. - 30.04 = 112,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 122,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 177,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 4, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. A cleaning fee of 160€ and a security deposit of 200€ is payable and will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 800 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
