Location
This Villa is located on the mountain that divides the towns of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos. It is only 13 Km from Dènia and only 6 Km from the fantastic golf course of La Sella. At only 4 Km you have the village of Gata de Gorgos, an area where you will find many craft shops and good restaurants. This area is well known for its handicrafts with the palm tree, a vegetable fabric that they weave into wonderful souvenirs that you can take home as a souvenir and decorate your house with a Mediterranean touch. If you like sunsets then we recommend a visit to the port area of Xàbia. A fantastic place to stroll around and sit on one of the terraces of the many restaurants available.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also connects to the Mediterranean garden. There is a guest toilet. The upper floor houses the sleeping area. A master bedroom en suite and a large balcony with awning. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 157,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 187,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 227,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. A cleaning fee of €200 and a security deposit of €200 is payable and will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: Extra bed linen and towels at 20€/person; 1 pool towel at 10€/person; 1 dog at 50€ (more on request); cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 1.100 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a security deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
