Location
This Villa is located on the mountain that divides the towns of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos. It is only 13 Km from Dènia and only 6 Km from the fantastic golf course of La Sella. At only 4 Km you have the village of Gata de Gorgos, an area where you will find many craft shops and good restaurants. This area is well known for its handicrafts with the palm tree, a vegetable fabric that they weave into wonderful souvenirs that you can take home as a souvenir and decorate your house with a Mediterranean touch. If you like sunsets then we recommend a visit to the port area of Xàbia. A fantastic place to stroll around and sit on one of the terraces of the many restaurants available.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also connects to the Mediterranean garden. There is a guest toilet. The upper floor houses the sleeping area. A master bedroom en suite and a large balcony with awning. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 150 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09. = 180 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 220 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 500 € in cash/card. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 1.100 €/month plus supplies costs according to actual consumption + 1 month rental deposit. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. If you have chosen the monthly renting option, then you will have to pay for the utilities of the house (water 1,25 €/m³; gas, diesel... according to the current market price). Additional cost of final cleaning 200 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person. Free use of the Internet. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
