There is space for 1 car on the property, plus of course plenty of off road parking right next to the house.

Where is this villa located? You will find our Villa Nina in a sunny and quiet location in Monte Solana II. The distance to the nearest beach is about 12 km. The centre of Pedreguer is only a few minutes away by car, there you will find supermarkets, bank ATMs, and much more. Our small capital Denia is about 15 minutes away and the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is also only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about 1 hour drive.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 152,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 202,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 242,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17 kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 190€ and a deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 1000€/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water 1,25€/m3, electricity 0,30€/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
