The villa is situated on a quiet hillside, offering plenty of sunshine and privacy. In Pedreguer you‘ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a weekly market. Dénia and Jávea are each about 15-20 minutes away. The La Sella and Oliva Nova golf courses are approximately 10 minutes away, and Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hour away.

Prices & Conditions The villa is exclusively available for stays of 11 nights or more and is ideal for working from home, relaxation, creative work, or extended stays . The daily rate is €100 from October 1st to April 30th, €130 from May 1st to June 30th and September 1st to September 30th, and €160 from July 1st to August 31st. Electricity is charged according to consumption (€0.30/kWh). Final cleaning costs a flat fee of €150, with an additional €50 for dogs. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for €20 per person. A security deposit of €200 is required. For longer stays of 8 weeks or more (e.g., from October to April), the flat rate is €700 per month plus utilities based on consumption, plus one month‘s rent as a security deposit.
