The area around Denia offers everything your heart desires. Golfing, biking, hiking and many other sports are at home here. But the culture has also much to offer. Often in the guide as "the most beautiful sandy beach of Costa Blanca" is located in Oliva, only about 20 minutes away by car. All major facilities, such as doctors and banks are available in the immediate vicinity. Up to Alicante and Valencia is about 100 km. Monte Pego is between Pego and Els Poblets/El Vergel.

Rental price 80 EUR per night from 01.10. - 30.04. and 110 EUR per night from 01.05. - 30.09.. Electricity consumption will be charged with 0,35 EUR/kwh. There is also a cleaning fee of 130 EUR. Pets on request; additional cleaning fee 50 EUR. Upon request we offer once 2 towels and 1 x bedlinen for 15 EUR per person. On arrival a deposit of 300 EUR has to be deposited. A longer stay (8 weeks) from 01.10.-30.04. is possible. The winter rental price is 650 EUR per month plus the additional costs on consumption.
