The villa guarantees a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the highest part of Montesano in Sanet y Negrals. Directly behind the villa is a nature reserve. Very close to the house there are all important facilities, like shops, bars, restaurants, doctors, etc.

Rental price 65 EUR per night 01.10.-30.04., 80 EUR per night 01.05.-30.06., 100 EUR per night 01.07.-31.08. and 90 EUR per night 01.09.-30.09.. By renting the separate apartment will be charged 30 EUR per night more. electricity iconsumption must be payed extra (0,35 EUR/kwh). You have to pay 120 EUR for final cleaning, 150 EUR with the apartment. Dogs are not allowed. We offer 1 x set of bed linen and 2 x towels for 15 EUR per person. Optional: Internet for 10 EUR/week.
